FRANKLIN MODEL PTW72 - This is a complete Automatic, submerged twin-arc welder system. It is used to fixturing and welding three-piece constructed-up beams. These beams are composed of a web with two flanges. The PTW-72 web has a width of 72 inches, and the flanges are 20 inches wide x one inch thick. A PTW-72 fabrication cell can span up to 300 ft. The system consists a web loading gantry (web seam station), tack station units, 4020 CNC flange loader gantry, and a PTW-72 pull thru welder with cnc controls.
